Deposit |
Early planing insures rental equipment availability. A deposit is required to confirm rental reservations, the reservation deposit is your assurance that the items requested will be available on the day you requested. Deposit in non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, deposit will be applicable for future bookings, but it will not be refunded. |

Rates
|
All rates are quoted based upon a one day event. All charges are for time out whether the equipment is used or not.

Delivery and Pickup
|
All items are checked and counted carefully, client is responsible for counting items upon delivery, otherwise amount delivered will be considered correct. If items are found to be missing or damaged at pickup, a detailed invoice of the charges will be provided to you after the event. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick up. |

Site Preparation
|
Be sure your site is ready before the crew is scheduled to arrive. Client agrees to inform us of the existence of any underground utilities, that may interfere with the ability to stake or anchor equipment. |

Tents |
There will be no cooking, grilling, etc. under the tent due to smoke and fire damage possibility. Tiki torches and sources of fire must be at least 15' away from the tent. No fireworks or sparklers in the vicinity of the tent. Client agrees to reimburse Andrea's Party Rental for any and all cost or damages resulting from lighting, cooking or heating equipment or decorations.

Linens |
If you ordered table linens, please be extremely careful if using candles. If Linens are burned, stained, or have wax, you will be charged.

Plates |
If you rent dinner/dessert plates, please scrape out the food; if possible rinse it out after using it. |
